How:
Practice with One Hand: Start with your lead hand and make half to three-quarter swings back and forth, focusing on a “smooth, controlled” feeling.
Let the Club Lead: Feel the weight of the clubhead and let it dictate your pace and tempo.
Repeat with Your Other Hand: Switch to your trail hand and repeat the same motion, focusing on the same feeling of control.
Combine and Commit: After hitting several balls with each hand, switch to a two-handed grip and apply the same smooth, controlled feeling to a full swing.
