Three of Nike Basketball’s five signature athletes changed teams this offseason, Ja Morant to Portland, Giannis Antetokounmpo to Miami, and LeBron James to… TBD. And as is often the case in the sneaker world, those new career chapters will be marked by new signature footwear.
Our attention here turns to the Nike Giannis Freak 8, Antetokounmpo’s latest signature shoe, now less than a month from its August 1st launch. Embedded below are the first few colorways to emerge from the “Team Bank” pack, essential looks expected to anchor the model’s rollout. Black and grey colorways have been unveiled as of this writing, both featuring white ReactX midsoles and Volt insoles as the lone color pop.
Several more “Team Bank” colorways are set to join the duo shown below, all releasing Fall 2026 for $115. See official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse more upcoming basketball shoes.
In other news, the Nike Caitlin 1 debuts October 1st.
