The White Sox minor league affiliates split their games 3-3 on Friday. The Dash had a scare when Caleb Bonemer was pulled from the game after getting hit in the head with a pitch, but early reports suggest he avoided any serious head injury.
At the plate, Korey Lee, Jason Matthews, Boston Smith, and Anthony DePino all hit home runs in their respective games, with Smith and DePino combining for six total RBIs for the Barons.
On the mound, Hagen Smith had a strong relief appearance for the Knights, striking out three and allowing just one hit in two innings following a solid Shane Smith start.
